Sakura

Sakura means ‘cherry blossom’, which is one of the most important symbols of Japanese culture. It symbolises beauty, new beginnings and transience. The cherry blossom season marks a high point in the Japanese calendar and the beginning of spring.

Let your 5 senses run free! Alexis brings his years of experience in top international cuisine - from luxurious restaurants in Miami and Las Vegas to renowned hotels around the world - directly to our plates. He uses regional products to create top-class dishes and thus delights even the most demanding gourmets.

You can order and enjoy dishes from the Sakura kitchen line throughout the hotel restaurant, the lobby and the wine bar.

Sushi

Enjoy a diverse selection: classic sushi creations such as nigiri, sashimi, maki, and inside-out rolls, innovative vegan sushi options, exquisite ceviche, and fresh oysters, including the renowned Gillardeau oysters. Our carefully curated dishes are freshly prepared at the sushi bar in the lobby – right before your eyes. In addition to exquisite wines, authentic cocktails featuring Austrian and Japanese sake complete the culinary experience.

 

Regional sourcing plays a key role in our product selection: for example, our fish comes from the local Arler fish farm in Hüttschlag, while oysters and caviar are supplied by the Grüll manufactory in Grödig.

With our adjoining wine archive, you have access to an extensive selection of wines from around the world. Our sommeliers are happy to assist you. Of course, you can also order and enjoy sushi throughout the entire hotel restaurant, in the lobby, and at the spa bistro.
